Step 1: Create Your Free Account

Getting started with CartInsight is quick and straightforward. Follow this step-by-step guide to create your free account and start exploring ecommerce stores and business contacts available on CartInsight.

A. Navigate to the Homepage and Initiate Sign-Up

  • Open your web browser and go to the CartInsight website.
  • Once the homepage loads, click the "SIGN UP" button located in the top-right corner.
  • Fill in all required fields, including your first and last name, work email address, password, and the security code. Once complete, click the "CREATE YOUR FREE CARTINSIGHT ACCOUNT" button.

Pro Tip: We recommend using your business email address. This helps with account verification and ensures smoother communication with our team.

B. Confirm Your Email Address

  • After submitting the form, a confirmation message will appear. Open your email client, locate the email from CartInsight, and click the activation link inside to verify your account.

C. Log In and Explore Your Dashboard

  • Once your account is activated, return to the CartInsight website and log in. You'll be directed straight to your dashboard, where you can immediately start searching for eCommerce stores and decision-makers.

Once you've selected Find Stores, you'll be taken to the "Create a Customized Online Stores List" page. This is where the magic happens. Instead of browsing thousands of stores manually, you apply filters to find the needle in the haystack.

The "Pro" Filters

Analyzing Your Results: The Store Details Panel

After creating your store list, click on any Store Name to open the Store Details panel. This side panel is your research hub, containing two vital tabs:

A. Store Data: The "Company" profile.

  • Store Overview, Contact Information, Social Profiles, and Shipping Providers.

B. Contact Data: The "People" profile.

  • This is where you find the decision-makers.

Step 3: Downloading Your List

Once you are satisfied with your filters, it's time to export. CartInsight provides two download options, giving you complete flexibility.

Download Selected Records

If you only want to export specific stores from your search results, you can use the Download Selected Records option.

1. Select the Records

Use the checkboxes on the left side of the table to select the stores you want to download. After selecting the required records, click Download Selected Records at the top of the page.

2. Confirm the Download

A confirmation window will appear displaying the number of selected records that will be downloaded.

  • Click Yes to start downloading the selected records.
  • Click No if you want to cancel the download and return to the store list.

3. Access Your Downloaded File

Once the download is complete, CartInsight will ask if you want to go to My Downloads.

  • Click Yes to open the My Downloads page, where you can view and manage your downloaded files.
  • Click No to remain on the current page and continue browsing. Your downloaded file will still be saved to your computer and can also be accessed later from My Downloads.

Export every store that matches your current search. (Best for CRM imports and large-scale campaigns).

Tip: Before downloading, double-check your filters. If you accidentally download the wrong list, just click "No" in the confirmation dialog to cancel the export.
